Itshwayo lesiTjhaba, namkha itshwayo lombuso, kulitshwayo elibonakalako lezinga eliphezulu lomBuso.

Itshwayo lesiTjhaba kuyingcenye ehlangana yamaTshwayo aDumileko, ngokwesiko lithathwa njengetshwayo lomBuso lezinga eliphezulu. Igunya elipheleleko linikelwa omunye nomunye umtlolo ngombono wamaTshwayo aDumileko akiwo. Lokho okutjho bonyana umtlolo low uvunywe nguMongameli weSewula Afrika.

Ubujamo obusaqanda obungaphasi bujamele isakhiwo esisisekelo

Isakhiwo sokuthoma sijamele isiqubulo esingasiyingilizini esihlaza. Ukuphelelisa isingasiyingilizi kukhona amazinyo wendlovu akhombe phezulu abekwe ngamabili emahlangothini amabili afanako. Ngaphakathi kobujamo obusaqanda obenziwa mazinyo wendlovu kukhona iindlebe ezimbili zekoroyi ezibekwe ngambili emahlangothini womabili, lawo enza isihlangu segolide esibekwe phakathi.

Ithuthumbo (i-protea)

Lijamele ubuhle benarha yekhethu begodu nokuthuthumba (ukuthabalala) kwekghono lethu njengesitjhaba lokha nasisebenzela ukuphandlhuluka kweAfrika (African Renaissance) – lokhu kukhombisa godu nokubumbana kwemimoya ehlukeneko ephasini ethola amandla wayo ngaphezulu. Imibala eyazekako ye-Afrika yabelwe i-protea – ubuhlaza satjani, osarulani, obomvu kunye nonzima.

Inyoni ugilonko

Inyoni le ibonakala iphapha – lokhu kujamele ituthuko nebelo. Inyoni eqinileko eyenzelwe iinyawo ngomkhondo nendonga – okuyirhelebhako lokha nayizuma iinyoka iletha ukuvikeleka kwesitjhaba eenyokeni ezimanaba. Inyoni le isithunywa esivela ezulwini iletha ukuthula ephasini – ijamele amandla waphezulu ezulwini. Ukuvuleka kwamaphiko wayo kukhombisa ukuthuthuka kwesitjhaba begodu amaphiko la akhombisa nokuvikeleka.

Ilanga eliphumako

Lijamele ukukhanya nobukhulu oburarako. Likhombisa ukubelethwa kabutjha kwesitjhaba, lisikhombisa koke okusemuva, litjho ilwazi, ukukghona ukwehlulela begodu namandla.

Ilanga eliphumako leli lijamele umthombo wokuphila, wokukhanya begodu nokuthi abandu bangabapheleleko. Isakhiwo seTshwayo lesiTjhaba lihlanganisa ingcenye yesibumbeko seqanda engehla nengenzasi, okutjho ukubumbana okungapheliko. Indlela yekambiso yokutlama

UmNyango wezoBukghwari, amaSiko, iSayensi neTheknoloji wabawa umphakathi bona uveze imibono yawo malungana neTshwayo lesiTjhaba ngo 1999. Kwathathwa imibono leyo yahlanganiswa naleyo evezwe yikhabinethe kwatlolwa umbiko omfitjhani ngayo. I-Batho Pele iyazibopha endleleni elungileko yekambiso neembopheni:

  • Zokuhlala kuthindwana ngeqophelo lemisebenzi eyenzelwa umphakathi
  • Ukubekwa kwezinga namkha iqophelo lemisebenzi eyenzelwa umphakathi ekufanele ifinyelelwe
  • Ukuqinisekisa bona abandu benzelwa imisebenzi yomphakathi eseqophelweni kutjhejwa khulu labo bandu ebegade badinywe amathuba embusweni wangaphambilini
  • Kukhutjhulwe nezinga lokusebenza ngokuzithoba ekufezeni iinrhuluphelo zomphakathi
  • Ukunikela abandu ilwazi nemisebenzi eyenzelwa umphakathi eseqophelweni ukwenzela bona bahlale banelwazi ngemiphakathi yabo
  • Ukusebenzela etjhatjhalazi kungafihlwa litho lokha imiphakathi nayenzelwa imisebenzi ethile

I-Batho Pele ikunciphisa amarherho wangaphakathi adurako namotjhakalako lawo agade angakenzelwa ukubeka maqanzi iindingo zabantu. Kukuqinisekisa bonyana umtlamo wezeemali wemiSebenzi yomPhakathi unqophene neendingo kunye nokuqakathekileko komphakathi.

Ituthuko enengi umphakathi efuna ukuyibona ayitshwenyi, zizinto ezinjenge: ukumomotheka, ukuphatha amakhastama ngokuhloniphekileko, ukubanikela ilwazi eliliqiniso begodu nokubawa ukulitjalelwa izinto nazingakhambi kuhle. Lokhu akusikungezelelwa kweensetjenziswa – kodwana kukukwamukela amazinga ahlukileko wokuziphatha.
