  5. Utawuhlolwa ngumhloli loneticu.
  6. Nangabe uyasiphasa lesivivinyo, kutawutsatfwa tinyatseliso teminwe yakho bese uhlolwa nemehlo khona e-DLTC. Nomake ungahlolwa emehlo ngudokotela wemehlo loneticu bese ungenisa lifomu e-DLTC.
