The Second Railways and Harbours Acts Amendment Act 85 of 1971 intends:
- to amend
- section 49 of the Railways and Harbours Service Act, 1912,
- sections 1 and 8 of the Railways and Harbours Pensions Amendment Act, 1941,
- sections 1, 3, 13, 16 and 33 of the Railways and Harbours Service Act, 1960 [repealed in 1983], and
- section 12 of the Second Railways and Harbours Acts Amendment Act, 1969.
