Railways and Harbours Acts Amendment Act 49 of 1949

The Railways and Harbours Acts Amendment Act 49 of 1949 intends:

• to amend
  • the Railways and Harbours Service Act, 1912, 
  • the Railways and Harbours Regulation, Control and Management Act, 1916 [repealed],
  • the Railways and Harbours Service Act, 1925 [repealed], and
  • the Railways and Harbours Superannuation Fund Act, 1925 [repealed];
• to authorize the issue of certificates of permanent employment to certain persons; and
• to provide for other incidental matters.
