Provincial Government Act 69 of 1986

The Provincial Government Act 69 of 1986 intends:

• to provide for the dissolution of provincial councils and for the administration of provincial matters by administrators and the other members of executive committees appointed by the State President; and
• to provide for matters connected therewith.
