Premier Helen Zille will address the 2013 cohort of interns selected for the Premier’s Advancement of Youth (PAY) project, a youth-focussed skills development and work experience programme of the Western Cape Government that provides selected 2012 Matriculants with the opportunity to gain practical workplace skills and experience in provincial government departments.
The PAY Project forms part of the Western Cape Government's efforts to create opportunities for and promote social inclusion of young people.
