Committee Chairperson sends condolences tamily of veteran broadcaster, Mr Bob Mabena
The Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee on Communications, Mr Boyce Maneli, has extended his heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of a veteran broadcaster, Mr Bob Mabena.
Mr Mabena had an illustrious career in the broadcast and media industry where he dedicated his life for decades for, entertaining, informing and educating South Africans.
Mr Maneli is saddened to learn of the passing of this veteran broadcaster and radio presenter who inspired and natured young talents in the broadcasting space. Mr Mabena contributed immensely in the transformation of the urban and cosmopolitan radio airways since the dawn of democracy.
Mr Maneli further extended his condolences to the management and staff of Power FM, as well as the family of MSG Investment Afrika Holdings.
