The KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Finance, Ms Belinda Scott, will launch Operation Sukuma Sakhe in uMgungundlovu District Municipality on Friday, 21 October 2016.
The launch seeks to give marching orders to new councillors that were elected in councils during the local government election on 3 August 2016.
Journalists are invited to be part of the occasion in the quest to improve service delivery and improve the lives of people in uMgungundlovu District.
