Minister Sisulu to handover a house built with alternative building technology to a child headed family
The Minister of Human Settlements, Water and Sanitation Lindiwe Sisulu will on Thursday, 25 March 2021 handover a newly built house using Alternative Building Technology (not brick and mortar). This will take place in Winterveldt, outside Pretoria.
The house will be handed over to the Mashitisho family, a child headed household of four siblings. Besides receiving a fully furnished house, the family is also receiving assistance with setting up a business centre/internet Café, to empower them to be self-sustainable and participate in the economy.
