The Minister of Higher Education and Training, Professor Hlengiwe Mkhize, MP, will officially open the Richmond-Indaleni Community Skills Development Centre in Richmond, KwaZulu Natal on Friday, the 23rd of February 2018.
The Community skills Development Centre was launched in 2016 by the Department of Higher Education and Training in collaboration with the Fibre Processing and Manufacturing SETA (FP&M SETA), UMgundundlovu TVET College and the Methodist Church of Southern Africa.
The state of the art Community Centre is fully furnished with modern day industry machinery, will offer training in footwear production, Woodwork and Carpentry, Fashion and Sewing and Information Technology (IT).
