The Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Dr Blade Nzimande, will address the National Council of Provinces, on the Department of Higher Education, Science and Innovation budget policy debate, tomorrow, the 8th of June 2021.
The Minister will reflect on progress made in line with the Department of Higher Education, Science and Innovation mandate, and outline its priorities for the 2021-2022 financial year in relation to programmes affecting provinces.
