MEC Themba Mthembu Appearing to the Portfolio Committee
The MEC for Agriculture and Rural Development in KwaZulu-Natal will be appearing in the Portfolio Committee on the 8th of August 2017. The MEC would be appraising the Agriculture and Rural Development Committee on the progress made since his assumption as the MEC but also outlining the plans for this financial year as committed on his Budget Speech vote.
