Minister Simmers welcome’s 2-day working visit by Gauteng MPL delegation for human settlements to the Western Cape
The Provincial Minister of Infrastructure, Tertuis Simmers, will be hosting a delegation led by the Gauteng MPL for Human Settlements on Thursday 26th and Friday 27th January 2023.
The Minister will lead the delegation, to visit two Social Infrastructure (Human Settlements) projects in Cape Town on Thursday afternoon. This will be followed by a bilateral forum on Friday, 27 January.
Minister Simmers said: “I am looking forward to the two-day engagement with my counterparts from the Gauteng Legislature and welcome their visit to our province. It is through such interprovincial forums, that we can impart and share innovative ideas, that are focused on improving the lives of our communities. On the site visits we will showcase how the Western Cape Government, is committed to restoring the hope of our citizens with expedient service delivery.”
