Deputy Minister in The Presidency Thembi Siweya to host an imbizo and visit child headed families
The Deputy Minister in the Presidency, Ms Thembi Siweya, will host a community service delivery imbizo at Thembalethu Community Hall in George Local Municipality, Western Cape Province, on 14 November 2019.
The community service delivery Imbizo is part of the Department of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation (DPME)’s Frontline Service Delivery Monitoring programme. The programme is aimed at identifying potential challenges in service delivery and culminates in the development of a multi-stakeholder improvement plan with clear timelines.
The Deputy Minister will then visit child-headed families at Bitou Municipality, Plettenburg Bay on 15 November 2019.
