Media Alert: Premier Winde to meet with the diplomatic and consular corps
On Friday 21 June, Premier Alan Winde will be hosting an engagement for the consular and diplomatic corps in Cape Town.
The meeting is being held following the State of the Nation Address, allowing the Premier and his cabinet to engage with the representatives of various countries on issues affecting the province and the country.
As this is his first meeting with the diplomatic community since being elected, Premier Winde will be introducing his cabinet and detailing his plans for the province going forward. He will also provide comment on the State of the Nation address.
Minister of Finance and Economic Opportunities, David Maynier, will give an address on growing the economy in the province.
Members of the media are invited to attend the open session.
