Minister Mantashe to engage Amadiba crisis committee in Mbizana, Eastern Cape
The Minister of Mineral Resources, Mr Gwede Mantashe will on the 17th of November 2018 host a meeting with the Amadiba Crisis Committee and their legal representatives to engage them as interested and affected stakeholders in the Xolobeni matter.
The engagement forms part of the Minister's on-going frank and open discussions with all stakeholders in an effort to find a sustainable solution to the challenges related to potential mining in Xolobeni.
“We will continue to engage all people in Xolobeni and hear their views and together find the solutions that will sustainably benefit all citizens,” the Minister said.
