It has come to my attention that there are some principals in the province who withhold learner’s statements of results for reasons ranging from learners not having returned textbooks to learners owing school fees.
Those principals who still do this must know that it is against the law as no learner should be denied access to statements based on the above mentioned reasons. If a learner still owes school fees, principals must engage the parents and not disadvantage learners.
