KZN Government Mourns the passing of the member of the Zulu Royal family
KwaZulu-Natal Premier Sihle Zikalala has on behalf of the Provincial Government extended his condolences to His Majesty King Zwelithini Goodwill Kabhekuzulu on the passing of his brother Prince Mandla Zulu.
Prince Mandla Zulu from Ezibindini Royal House passed away on Wednesday morning and was laid to rest today in KwaNongoma.
Premier Zikalala has sent his heartfelt condolences to His Majesty and the Zulu Royal Family on behalf of the Provincial Government and the people of the province on their loss.
"On behalf of the KZN Provincial Government, we wish to extend our deepest condolences to Isilo Samabandla and the Zulu Royal Family on the passing of a senior member of the royal family.
"What is even more sad that the passing of Prince Zulu comes in succession of three deaths in the royal family. We hope His Majesty and Royal Family will find comfort and solace in the Almighty during this time of mourning," said Premier Zikalala.
Prince Zulu's death comes shortly after the recent passing of His Majesty's sister AmaRharhabe Queen Noloyiso Sandile as well as two princesses Nobuhle and Busi from Mbelebeleni Royal House in KwaMashu in Durban.
