The Premier of KwaZulu-Natal Senzo Mchunu today hosted the integrity leadership Summit under the “I do Right Campaign” at eBandla Hotel and Conference Centre. Advocate Ngoako Ramatlhodi, Minister for Public Service and Administration and Mr David Mahlobo Minister for State Security also addressed the summit, which is aimed at fighting fraud and corruption in the public service.
Mchunu said fighting corruption and fraud within the public administration is paramount and outlined prevention measures that would be taken to ensure a clean public service.
He said all government employees have a duty to be accountable in everything they do as part of the execution of their duties. He said the government is committed to high ethics and morals to strengthen the implementation of these values.
