“I extend condolences to the family. I hope that time and memories will help lessen the burden of your sorrow. May you draw some measure of comfort knowing that others care and share in your loss. We thank you most sincerely for having given us a man of such light-heartedness and a deep thinker about the future of his people,” said the MEC for Transport, Community Safety and Liaison, the Honourable Mr Willies Mchunu.
Mchunu said the killers are, “worthless scavengers who are heavily disguised as human beings.” Police have launched a manhunt for the killers.
