As part of Operation Bounce Back, the MEC, Neliswa Peggy Nkonyeni, MPL, together with Members of the Provincial Legislature, visited Mlokothwa High School and King Bhekuzulu High School at KwaNongoma to monitor school functionality following a long winter break.
The MEC was pleased with the progress and the efforts made by the school management teams. “I am pleased with what I see here - there are no learners outside their classrooms or teachers loitering in the staff room. Teaching and learning is taking place in all the classrooms,” said the MEC.
