The 2012 Sustainable Living Exhibition, which was held at the Durban Exhibition Centre from 30 August to 2 September 2012, was officially opened by the MEC for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Ms N Dube, and the Mayor of the eThekwini Municipality, Cllr. J Nxumalo.
The event with its host of captivating exhibitions, is aimed at promoting awareness of environmental matters and draws attention to the need to live a sustainable, environment friendly lifestyle.
