The MEC for Education in KwaZulu-Natal, Neliswa Peggy Nkonyeni, would like to send her heartfelt condolences to the family, friends and educators of Siphelele Mhlambi of Volkstrust High School who died during a rugby match over the weekend.
“As a parent myself I can identify with the pain of losing a child and I can imagine how his family is feeling right now,” said MEC Nkonyeni.
