KwaZulu-Natal Traditional Affairs on installation of Inkosi Nzima of Dlamlenze

Inkosi Nzima installation

It was a historic occasion, witnessed by thousands, as Inkosi Nzima of Dlamlenze, in the Amajuba District Municipality, was installed as Inkosi, by his majesty the King Goodwill Zwelithini.

This event, which took place on Friday, 17 January, was a key milestone cherished by this community, as they got a chance to hear his Majesty speak.

His Majesty was accompanied by the MEC for Arts, Culture, Sport & Recreation Ms Ntombikayise Sibhidla-Saphetha, who was there on behalf of Cogta MEC, Mrs Nomusa Dube-Ncube.

In his address to the community, the King thanked all the people that have played a pivotal role in ensuring that traditional leadership is always honoured and respected, unlike during the times when there was apartheid.
