Collin Govender will receive his prize of a Volkswagen vehicle on Monday, 14 September 2009 which he won when he scooped the award of South Africa’s top traffic officer.
The official handover will be attended by the Head of KwaZulu-Natal Transport, Chris Hlabisa and Manager of the Road Traffic Inspectorate Mr John Schnell to show their support for officer Govender.
