KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Arts, Culture, Sport and Recreation, Mrs Weziwe Thusi, will officiate at a ceremony to handover Msinga library.
The state of the art structure cost R6,3 million to build and is part of the Department of Arts and Culture’s massive programme of recapitalisation of libraries.
Also expected to attend the ceremony are amaKhosi, local mayors and community members, among others. Details of the event are as follows:
