The MEC for Health in KwaZulu-Natal, Dr Sibongiseni Dhlomo invites the media to the official opening of Nomdiya Clinic in Ulundi, Zululand District.
His Majesty the King, Goodwill Zwelithini kaBhekuzulu accompanied by the MEC for Health, Dr Sibongiseni Dhlomo will officially open Nomdiya Clinic on Friday, 28 October 2011 at 10h00. This clinic opening will also be in commemoration of the 40th anniversary of the reign by His Majesty the King, Goodwill Zwelithini kaBhekuzulu as the King of the Zulu Nation.
Accompanying the King and the MEC will be the Mayor of Zululand District Municipality, Cllr Zanele Magwaza-Msibi and the Head of Health Department, Dr Sibongile Zungu.
His Majesty the King will address the community and will focus on role the Department of Health continues to play in communities in ensuring quality health care for all. This new healthcare facility will play a major role in the Ulundi Municipality area and the Zululand District as a whole by bringing the much needed health care services closer to the communities and making an impact in contributing towards the attainment of positive health outcomes.
