KZN Premier Dr Zweli Mkhize, is to deliver his State of the Province Address which will mark the start of business for the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Government for this financial year.
In his speech, Dr Mkhize will review targets set for the Provincial Government in his previous State of the Province Address, and give an update of how much has been achieved. This year’s address also comes in the middle of the current administration’s five-year term.
