The MEC for Finance, Ms Ina Cronjé, will on Tuesday, 14 February 2012 interact and listen to the views of the business sector and communities of Nongoma and the surroundings on what they would like to see in the next year (2012/13) budget allocations.
This Pre-Budget Road-show for the next financial year is a consultative process aimed at informing the public about the government plans to use allocated budget to alleviate poverty in the province. It is also in line with the provincial government’s initiative to encourage public participation in the provincial budget allocations and to promote transparency as well as encouraging the culture of saving.
