2010 marks a historic milestone in the history of the South African of Indian origin as it is the 150th year anniversary of the 1860 Indian Indentured Laborers.
To mark this momentous occasion a national anniversary celebration is being planned at the Moses Mabhida Stadium: People’s Park on 4 December 2010.
As part of the national celebrations and commemorations, government of KwaZulu-Natal and the 1860 Organising Committee takes this opportunity to invite you and or your representative to a media briefing, related to the national anniversary celebrations.
MECs for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Governance, Ms N Dube and Public Works and Human Settlements, Mrs Maggie Govender, will address the conference.
