The Department of Agriculture, Environmental Affairs and Rural Development will be handing over agricultural implements to the community of Emathulini in Ozwathini on 12 February 2011.
The department received a request from Inkosi Luthuli on behalf of the community of Emathulini for assistance with agricultural implements. A meeting was subsequently held with Inkosi Luthuli to identify the exact needs of the respective community.
The following needs were identified:
- Seeds
- Hand hoes
- One power hoe
MEC Johnson will officially handover the above implements.
