Minister of Environmental Affairs, Dr Edna Molewa and Deputy Minister Thomson to brief the media on Environmental Affairs Budget Vote 2018/19
The Minister of Environmental Affairs, Dr Edna Molewa and Deputy Minister Barbara Thomson, will brief the media on the Department of Environmental Affairs’ Budget Vote to be delivered in Parliament on Wednesday, 16 May 2018.
The Minister and the Deputy Minister will deliver the Department of Environmental Affairs’ 2018/19 key priorities while reflecting on progress made in delivering on the previous year’s commitment. The Budget Vote presentation will be a confirmation of the Department’s commitment to achieve a resilient, transformational and fast growing economy which is at the heart of the National Development Plan (NDP).
Members of the media are invited to a pre-budget speech media briefing in which the Minister and Deputy Minister will outline the critical aspects of their speeches and Department’s programmes.
