KwaZulu-Natal MECs visit Kwanzimakwe Area in Ugu District
On 18 March 2014, KwaZulu-Natal MECs, Ina Cronje’ and Ntombikayise Sibhidla-Saphetha will visit KwaNzimakwe area in Ugu District as part of the Integrated Government Service Delivery; whereby various infrastructure projects will be officially opened to benefit the communities.
This service delivery initiative is part of the continuous efforts by the KZN Provincial Government to uplift communities and bring government services closer to the people.
The communities of Ugu District will benefit from the delivery of the following infrastructure projects:
- opening of Multi-Core Block in Port Shepstone Regional Hospital at 11h00.
- opening of a Library in KwaNzimakwe at 11h30.
- opening of P69 in KwaNzimakwe at 12h00, followed by a community event at 13h00 in KwaNzimakwe (Nkoneni Sports Ground).
The official opening of these infrastructure projects will be preceded by a Post Budget Speech Business Breakfast Meeting taking place on the 18th of March 2014 at 7h30 in Kapenta Bay Hotel and which will be attended by the KZN MECs, Local Leadership and Local Businesses.
