The KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Arts, Culture, Sport and Recreation, Ntombikayise Sibhidla-Saphetha will be addressing the plight of many impoverished families in the Mandeni Local Municipality to mark the Mandela Day tomorrow.
Apart from the 67 minutes cleaning campaign, the MEC in partnership with Umngeni Water and the Local Municipality, will be handing over toys to Early Childhood Development Centres and plant vegetable gardens in the area.
The activities will commence from 8h00 at Edokodweni, culminating in a cleaning campaign in KwaSithebe at 10h00.
