KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Arts, Culture, Sport and Recreation, Ntombikayise Sibhidla-Saphetha will be unveiling plans for the delivery of arts, culture, sport and recreation services in the province for the 2015/16 financial year in the Provincial Legislature tomorrow.
Key among her plans will be the roll out of the infrastructural programmes to develop artistic and sporting talent in the province.
