COGTA MEC to preside over UKZN graduation for KZN Amakhosi
The KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (COGTA) Nomusa Dube-Ncube will on Monday, 17 March be presiding over the graduation ceremony of Amakhosi who are part of a government-sponsored leadership course specifically designed for traditional leaders.
The course is managed by the University of KwaZulu-Natal and is a result of a now established partnership between the academic institution and COGTA.
According to MEC Dube-Ncube, this course is aimed at strengthening the capacity of traditional leaders who play a key role in the development of our communities as an interface between the people and government.
