The MEC for Finance, Belinda Scott, in partnership with ABSA Bank will on Tuesday, 17 March 2015 at 08h00 host the 2015/16 KZN Post-Budget Business Breakfast discussion with the Durban business fraternity at uMhlanga to get the business responses and reactions to the provincial budget presented at the legislature recently.
This consultation will culminate in a community meeting at Riverview Hall in Ward 08 where eThekwini Mayor, Cllr James Nxumalo will accompany the MEC when interacting with people to get more insight on their reaction towards the budget.
MEC will unpack the intricate budget with the intention to show how the budget allocations have impact on the local residents and indicate which economic development opportunities are available for the people of the area.
