The KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Finance, Belinda Francis Scott will on Tuesday, 10 March 2015 present her maiden 2015/16 provincial budget speech, at the legislature building in Pietermaritzburg.
This budget represents a response by government to its society and reaffirms provincial government’s commitment to improving the lives of the poor. MEC Scott will give emphasis on sound financial management and spell out the provincial achievements in line with its vision of improving the lives of the people.
