MEC Scott to cut the ribbon of the brans new mall
The KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Finance, Ms Belinda Scott will on Thursday, 23 March 2015, deliver the keynote address at the official opening of the new Watercrest Mall with more than 120 stores, located in Waterfall outside Pinetown.
