KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Arts, Culture, Sport and Recreation Mrs Ntombikayise Sibhidla-Saphetha will announce measures to transform arts and sport sectors in KwaZulu-Natal when she delivers her budget speeches in the KZN Legislature tomorrow.
The arts and sport programmes are critical in promoting unity and social cohesion in the province. The 2014/15 budget will outline how the two departments, namely Departments of Arts and Culture and Sport and Recreation will deliver much-needed services to the communities.
