The MEC for Education in KwaZulu-Natal, Mr Senzo Mchunu, is going to handover a three bedroom house to Ms Hluphekile Ngema at KwaMsane on Friday, 14 December 2012 at 12h00.
Ms Ngema, who is disabled with six children, has been living in dire straits for many years. After hearing about her plight, the MEC was touched and decided to do something about Ms Ngema’s situation. The handover ceremony will take place at KwaMsane Sports Field, where two cows will be slaughtered.
