NYDA beneficiary hosts opening of Siyathuthuka Shoprite Usave in Mpumalanga
On Thursday 23 October 2014, National Youth Development Agency beneficiary Themba Sithole from Mpumalanga will host an official opening of the Siyathuthuka Shoprite Usave Store as part of his property development portfolio.
Sithole received funding of R1 716 200.00 from the NYDA in March 2013 to help him acquire and develop land as part of his business strategy. Sithole is in the business of buying and developing property land for purposes of leasing to retails and other businesses. His funding was approved as he had signed a lease contract with Shoprite.
The shopping center has been developed according to Shoprite specifications and it is now complete and Shoprite has since moved in. The developing shopping center also houses a few atm’s and Sithole is engaging other retail stores to lease available space at the shopping center.
NYDA Deputy Chairperson Mr Kenny Morolong together with Emakhazeni Executive Mayor, Councilor Hamzer Ngwenya will join Sithole at the official opening.
