Pupils currently studying towards their matric certificate and any South African who is interested in specialising in human settlements at a University level will from next year be able to enroll for a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Settlements at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University.
The Bachelor’s Degree in Human Settlements will at a later stage also be offered at the University of Fort Hare and University of South Africa (UNISA).
Human Settlements Minister Tokyo Sexwale will next week Tuesday launch the Human Settlements Chair at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in Port Elizabeth.
