The Transport Appeal Tribunal Act 39 of 1998 intends:
- to provide for the establishment of the Transport Appeal Tribunal to consider and to decide appeals noted under the National Land Transport Act, 1998, and under the Cross-Border Road Transport Act, 1998; and
- for matters connected therewith.
