National Land Transport Act 5 of 2009

The National Land Transport Act 5 of 2009 intends:

• to provide further the process of transformation and restructuring the national land transport system initiated by the National Land Transport Transition Act, 2000 (Act No. 22 of 2000); and
• to provide for matters connected therewith.
