102 of 1998

The Social Work Amendment Act 102 of 1998 intends:

to amend the Social Work Act, 1978, so as:
- to amend, delete and insert certain definitions;
- to provide for the establishment, constitution and objects of the South African Council for Social Service Professions and professional boards for social service professions;
- to abolish the South African Interim Council for Social Work; and
to provide for matters connected therewith.
