The Sea-shore Act 21 of 1935 intends:
- to declare the Governor-General to be the owner of the sea-shore and to be entitled to exercise control over the sea-shore and of the sea and the bed of the sea within the three miles limit; and
- to provide for the grant of rights in respect of the sea-shore and of the bed of the sea within the three miles limit, and for the alienation of portions of the sea-shore and for matters incidental thereto.
