74 of 1995
The Sea Fishery Amendment Act 74 of 1995 intends:
- to amend the Sea Fishery Act, 1988, so as
- to delete a definition and to amend others;
- to delete an obsolete provision;
- to further regulate the Minister's power to make regulations; to repeal certain laws;
- to provide that the said Act shall apply throughout the Republic; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.

- 1 July 1996 (Gazette 17254 of 28 June 1996)
- 1 December 1996 except Sections 11 and 12 (Gazette 17254 of 28 June 1996)
- 1 November 1997 (Gazette 18298 of 26 September 1997)
