The Rhodes’ Will (Groote Schuur Devolution) Act 9 of 1910 intends to provide:
- for the surrender of the Groote Schuur estates to the government of the Union of South Africa in accordance with the will of the late Cecil John Rhodes and
- for the release of the trustees thereunder from all responsibility in connection with the said estates and
- for other purposes
