The Natal Ecclesiastical Properties and Trusts Amendment (Private) Act 60 of 1975 intends:

to amend the provisions of Act No. 9 of 1910 (Natal) and the Trusts applicable in terms thereof to certain properties set apart for ecclesiastical purposes and to provide for the administration thereof; and
to provide for incidental matters.
